We are seeking a friendly, well presented and highly organised Receptionist and Administration Officer to provide a high level of customer service and assist with a range of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls courteously and effectively, screening and referring callers to other staff where appropriate, provide email phone messages where required.
- Courteously greet visitors.
- Collect, open, date and distribute all mail and send outgoing mail daily.
- Accepting deliveries at the front desk and warehouse and notifying relevant parties of their arrival.
- Manage office supplies including maintaining stationary stocks, managing expenditure within budget and ensuring appropriate use by staff.
- Ensure office is kept clean and tidy at all times and external cleaners are delivering on expectations.
- Assist with arranging meetings and events as required and facilitating the bookings for meetings and board rooms.
- Ensure kitchen supplies of milk, tea and coffee are in supply and ordering and receiving catering.
- Provide general and administrative assistance to all staff including, and not limited to the Leadership Team.
- Salary package will be commensurate based on experience.
