We are looking for a Junior Legal Office Administrator to join our clients busy office.
This is a full time position and you will be interacting with a range of people and supporting our clients entire office. This position will suit a person who is reliable, professional with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Primarily, your responsibilities will include:
- Reception
- Archiving and file management
- Scanning, photocopying and document destruction
- Banking and Outside rounds including deliveries and collections
- General housekeeping duties
- Supporting the Conveyancing & Admin Team to assist with work overflow
Candidate Requirements
- The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Proficient in the MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organisational and customer service skills.
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within a Legal firm, would be an advantage.
- Work hours are Monday – Friday, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm and the position is available for an immediate start.
- Starting basic is R 8000 per month plus benefits.
