We’re looking for…

An experienced sales person who loves the thrill of the chase and the satisfaction of closing a deal.

What’s the role?

You will be responsible for:

  • Company’s Ongoing Rentals/ Tenant Liaision
  • Track and keep all leads updated on Pipedrive and Onedrive
  • Show Prospective tenants’ vacant units
  • Receiving Signed Contracts from New Tenants
  • Check tenants moving in/out of the unit(s)
  • Handing over and receiving keys
  • Checking unit for damages and arranging repairs with ops manager
  • Supervising cleaning (together with ops manager) of the unit prior to new tenant moving in
  • Photo record of snags
  • Issue and load Access control tags to new/ Existing tenants
  • Load tenant contact details onto Mircom (Intercom) system
  • First point of contact for tenants on all admin and support related matters. Once tenant query is identified, liaise with Ops manager if it’s a repair item or escalate to line manager for other matters if required
  • Keep live record of Tenant List, Deposit received, Date Paid, Rental Collection etc
  • Load rental collection information onto banking system for Accounts Manager to approve the monthly collection batch(es)
  • Assist ops manager, if required, to Manage Gardener/ Cleaners
  • Ensure General Assistant cleans common walkways, play areas, common areas
  • Ensure Garden Equipment and tools are in working order
  • Ensure cleaning materials on site
  • Generally, ensure the Apartments and common areas are well kept and maintained
  • Any other admin items that may arise
  • Sales of Apartments
  • Track and keep all leads updated on Pipedrive and Onedrive
  • Return calls from new leads promptly
  • Show Prospective purchasers showhouse and location of Phase 2
  • Negotiating & Receiving Signed Contracts from New Buyers
  • Liaising with OOBA Homeloans and Transfer attorneys once a deal is concluded
  • Handing over keys to new Homeowner
  • General responsibilities
  • The Contractor will be responsible for general work as required from time to time including assisting any of the Client’s Directors with personal matters (within reason)
  • No Sales/Rentals for any other companies unless prior approval from The Client in writing
  • After Hours and Weekend Inspections, Viewings, Check in or Check outs will be required as part of the work specification.

  • 3+ years of experience in sales
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Sales background with great admin
  • A valid Driver’s License
