Keep the storeroom areas tidy at all times

Ensure that the storeroom is managed effectively in order to minimize time spent looking for inventory and any other items of relevance

Ensure stock is allocated to the relevant section of the warehouse based on the configuration requirements

Ensure that the storeroom is as hazard free (fire prevention, WCA, OHS standards) as possible at all times
Ensure that the storeroom is never accessible by any unauthorized staff, unless you accompany them (security control and theft prevention)
Control and maintain a proper record of what is moved in and out of the storeroom and get the relevant staff/managers to sign off these movements
Performing ad hoc stock takes and reporting any issues
Perform monthly stock takes timeously and accurately
Reconcile actual stock count to computer-generated reports
Identify and report on any stock take discrepancies

Driving and Monitor Vehicle Management

Ensure that deliveries are made within SLA
Ensure that Post Office collections are done on a regular basis
Collect Nedbank stock and return faulty stock
Ad-hoc driving and deliveries for clients on approval from line manager, only if core responsibilities aren’t impacted
Ensure at all times that the motor vehicle is kept neat and tidy in order to maintain a professional image and to keep up the image of the Innervation brand
Manage the daily maintenance of the motor vehicle, including, but not limited to, all oil levels, water levels, and tyre pressure
Take the necessary action to notify the Finance Department when the motor vehicle is due for services and license renewals, to get the required funding and ensure that this get actioned
Notify your manager, immediately, of any internal and external defects that need to be taken care of on the motor vehicle, regardless of the cause
Ensure defensive driving at all times to minimize the accident risk
In the event of a motor vehicle accident, ensure that you notify your manager immediately and that you manage the process to ensure the proper insurance measures are taken
Ensure that the motor vehicle is secured at all times and meets the requirements of the insurance company
Ensure that the motor vehicle is parked in a secure parking area, where possible. Ensure that the keys of the motor are safely locked away when the motor vehicle is not in use

Complete and manage the log-book

No one else is allowed to drive the motor vehicle, unless this was approved by your Manager or an Executive
