• We have a vacancy for an Experienced Waiter/ Waitress
• The Role
• The successful applicant will be experienced in
• Fine dining
• Excellent communications
• Good bottle-opening and wine-pouring knowledge
• 3 plate and 5 plate clear
• Greeting customers
• Refresh set up after service
• Friendly, energetic and hard-working
• Able to on-sell wine and courses.
• The applicants should be available 5 – 6 nights a week and for some lunches. Hours will be up to 30 hours per week.
