Our client in the Telecommunications industry has an EE opportunity available for a Senior Manager: Cyber Security Platforms to be based in the Johannesburg area. Requirements:

4 Year Tertiary qualification in Engineering or equivalent

MBA / Masters advantageous

• 10 years’ experience working in a ICT converged environment (Fixed, Mobile) with product and platform development (UC, IoT, Cloud, M2M, etc)
• 5 years’ experience in customer facing environment doing product design
• KPAs:
• Management of the planning department for Cyber Security platforms.
• Responsible for Cyber Security governance and formal controls of all Cyber Security platforms.
• Updating disaster recovery plans for all platforms.
• Liaise with platforms Service Providers and Vendors.
• Convert proposed solutions into sales through high quality solution documentation, presentations, client engagements.
• Assess risk factors and limitations of current platforms and identify areas of opportunity for mitigation and improving team performance.
• Establish and maintain internal and external relationships.
